At INAKI the label, we are clothing and accessories brand, based in Chennai, India.  INAKI means “Warmth” in Sanskrit. INAKI is an emotion of familiarity, of warmth , INAKI is a connection. We focus on creating a culture of mindful living.

We love this Japanese philosophy called “WABI SABI” which means appreciating the beauty of  handmade things that reveal the human touch ,embracing the imperfect  and seeking beauty in the everyday. Our products very much reflect this philosophy as we value our artisans craftmanship.

We also believe that supporting communities by helping them keep alive and developing their craft has incredible value. Not only does it permit an alternative to mass-produced items and the

conditions they are produced in, it empowers communities financially and socially. Our mission is to create a Zero Waste Studio - one where every fabric is given life without going to landfills.
